Good products, great prices but TERRIBLE customer service. I realised I'd placed an order for the wrong speakers, I phoned midday Thursday to cancel, which i was told they were. Thursday pm I received an email to say they were dispatched and I have phoned twice since to try and get these collected and also to upgrade my order to PAY MORE MONEY (hint hint) for the correct items, and am still waiting on a call from the 'sales team'

Got charged £8 for next day delivery which turned up 4 days later customer service said because it was ordered after 2pm nothing on the site saying that plus after 2 pm the option of next day should be removed from the option

brought a PA for home use but was not told about needing a mixer to applier sound, phoned up and said i was disappointed with system. asked me to drive for 1.5 hours each way only to spend more money, not discount was offered and service was cold to say the least.

Ordered the speakers but for some reason they would not deliver to my girlfriend's sons address but did not find out for nearly a week they said they left a message on his phone it showed a message was left on phone and when retrieved there wasn't any message and no other attempt was made to contact until i emailed ask where my order was that's when i was informed it could only be sent to my address then told it would be sent on the Thursday to be received on Friday which did not happen received an email to say it would be delivered on the Monday instead i sent an email saying i wasn't happy and got no reply so very happy with speakers but service sucks.

If you want cheap speakers with wildly exaggerated specs in a hurry for a kids party, then Electromarket is a fine company to buy from, but it's a different story when returning faulty goods. Maybe I just got an employee on the day he was about to resign, but telling a customer they've 'over-signalled the speaker', and that ' a volume knob is like a sluice gate...if it's not open all the way something will burst' reveals something of the contempt this company has for its customers. It's almost like they can't believe you'd be so stupid to buy from them! They did eventually replace the item. I can't use them again. Just buy Mackie or JBL, and steer clear.

I bought a wire for my speakers and also wam nted to buy a DJ Stand and a DJ Screen. The person who delt with me was supposed to let me know when you had these two in stock but not come back to me yet. Are these item now in stock and can I order them please. K Bhanot

Purchased two beamz Panther 25 however require to send them back as they are not bright enough I have been communicating with Bev and for the last two days I have been waiting for a telephone call to discuss send the unit back and getting refunded.

No speaker wire in box and I payed for it. Now having to wait for them to send it. Speaker sound quality not great considering there ment to be 400w max each speaker. Wont be using again for sure.

I would love to write comments (good or bad) about Electromarket, however the mains lead supplied with the PA system purchased was crushed during transit, so I am unable to see if it works, I have left numerous phone messages (nobody ever answers the phone) but so far, 5 days, no reply.

Purchased product on a Tuesday, was told it would be sent by 48h Courier. Friday came and the tracker said "Out For Delivery 08:57am" and I expected to have my product in time for the event id be using them in. Received no update on item, and couldn't get any contact with the supplier. Over the weekend, again no product received and no update was available on where the item was. Received the product Monday almost a week after purchasing. Very poor service.

I received the above on Wednesday 24/2/16. When setting up the system we had two problems:- Couldn't find how to connect the two plastic attachments (with screws) no instructions in the booklet. The wireless head set not working. My husband emailed you to let you know and also rang on numerous occasions and left messages that we wanted to talk to someone to get some advice on the set up. To date we have had not call back and now had a return authorisation sent to return the head set and a confirmation that you are sending out a replacement head set. We are still in the dark about the two plastic pieces, and whether or not,(as we cannot find how to fit them), has anything to do with the head set not working? We received the replacement head set and again not working. All we wanted was someone to ring us to give advice but again to date this has not been forthcoming. I am very disappointed at the lack of verbal communication and assistance from you.

very different color tent than what was shown in the picture. Nowhere in the description did it say what color it is supposed to be. When I called them they said I had ordered the 'pireli' color. That does not even exist. I told them I could keep the skeleton and send them back the tent on my charge and they send me a white one. they said they would get back to me but never did.

Identified a suitable replacement tweeter but when ordered could not supply it. They suggested a different replacement, sold in pairs although I needed only one. It was totally unsuitable in every respect even though the company had full specification of my needs. Items were returned but refund was slow to be processed and had to be chased up. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Hi, I set the system up before Xmas to test it as I was booked to do a party on Xmas eve, I had a guy who is well versed in sound systems to help me and eventually got a reasonable sound out of it, but not what you would say is good, I had to buy a decent pair of microphones to do this, the speakers are not good quality either and the effects controls do very little so overall I am not impressed with this system. I have not used it since as I am not confident that it will perform to a satisfactory level. Is there any chance of returning it? Regards, Alan Nash.

I ordered two items from electromarket one was speaker which was faulty and was making this horrible hissing sound as soon as you turn the power on. Second an amplifier which dididnt work from day 1. So my experience of electromarket has been an unpleasant one. Now i have to get two bulky items returned which i am waiting to hear from the customer service team which is going to be a difficult..very unhappy

I ordered a portable speaker. When it arrived I tried it straight away. The speaker did not work. When I rang Customer Service I was promised an exchange and an email to confirm. The email never materialised and I'm still waiting for the replacement.
