“Its a review mark of two halves... Product was great and as expected. Good value for money. The delivery falls far short. Offering the 'order before 8pm for next day delivery' is just not the case. We received the product 5 days later which isn't unreasonable but not as advertised. I can't blame the courier as it hadn't been sent from the seller on a next day service!”

“although parcel was slightly delayed by one day at Yodel the emails received keeping me up to date on what was happening was excellent both from Yodel and Electromarket. The goods are a Christmas present for my Grandson and I am sure he will be delighted.”

“First time using ElectroMarket, purchased a set of studio speaker stands. Delivery ( to northern ireland ) was extremely quick. Unfortunately upon buulding tge stands a manufacturer defect was noticed. Website chat was very helpful, and though there was an issue with my email getting to the right person, the response and help i received after that was very impressive. I took them up on an exchange, and again the replacement was sent out straight away and at my door inside 2 days. Brilliant customer service, and that makes a nice change compared to other business's out there that just dont care. I will deffinately be shopping again with ElectroMarket. 5 stars.”
