“I recently purchased the Alto TS215 set of powered speakers that came with stands and carry bags .....Electromarket were very quick in getting this delivered to me and the product itself is phenomenal and i am over the moon with service ....would highly recommend to anyone ***** well done guys and thank you. “I have been replacing equipment in several venues and thought I would try out some of your equipment. Delivery was very quick and for the price I paid Im very happy with the gear. If it continues to work ok I have another four venues to refurbish and I will go with you.”

“Well I am super satisfied with ElectroMarket. They have been nothing but helpful I've bought a few lighting products and one arrived with a small fault . I contacted them through email and they organised a new one to be delivered and the old one to be picked up ! Great service from start to finish . 110% satisfied Thankyou !”

“Excellent service from then as the courier broke my parcel and once i informed Electro market they sent out a replacement the same day with 24 hour courier (different company this time) Would highly recommend.”

“I bought a speaker set recently and provided good feedback. I then wanted a microphone so I ordered one and was charged £9 for next day delivery. I gave my details but the address was wrong. I rang again and was told that it would be corrected but it wasn't and was delivered to the wrong address. I rang next day to express dissatisfaction but no supervisor rang me back. I specifically told them not to survey me but they have. Good products but they are too busy to listen to customers.”

“some of the stuff was very nice and understanding about when they sent me a dodgy speaker when I spoke to the 1 bloke it was nice he told me through it got me speaking out the next day but was meant to pick up this speaker on a Tuesday but didn't come for it meaning I lost a day at work as waited in all day for them.”

“Good products, great prices but TERRIBLE customer service. I realised I'd placed an order for the wrong speakers, I phoned midday Thursday to cancel, which i was told they were. Thursday pm I received an email to say they were dispatched and I have phoned twice since to try and get these collected and also to upgrade my order to PAY MORE MONEY (hint hint) for the correct items, and am still waiting on a call from the 'sales team'”

“Excellent service. My speaker blew within a week of receipt and only one use, I called them up and the service exceeded my expectations. Another unit was couriered out to me and the faulty one collected. Excellent service, would certainly use again.”
