“Got charged £8 for next day delivery which turned up 4 days later customer service said because it was ordered after 2pm nothing on the site saying that plus after 2 pm the option of next day should be removed from the option”

“brought a PA for home use but was not told about needing a mixer to applier sound, phoned up and said i was disappointed with system. asked me to drive for 1.5 hours each way only to spend more money, not discount was offered and service was cold to say the least.”

“I was looking for some 30KHz tweeters and electromarket had just what I was looking for at a good price, even better with free economy shipping. I chose the economy shipping as I was not in a rusheven so, the items arrived within 2 working days with all the updates on their journey that you would expect from a premium shipping service. So overall great value from electromarket I will certainly shop with them again. RobW”

“Goods arrived here damaged (external box undamaged) but replacement quickly delivered/damaged item returned in two days. HOWEVER it is not specified what the item in question is! I THINK it was a loudspeaker. I purchase a lot of items on eBay ....”
