“Following a wrong delivery due to a mutual misunderstanding, the issue was dealt with promptly and professionally. with a replacement the following day and mediate credit for balance. A first class company to deal with.”

“Goods arrived here damaged (external box undamaged) but replacement quickly delivered/damaged item returned in two days. HOWEVER it is not specified what the item in question is! I THINK it was a loudspeaker. I purchase a lot of items on eBay ....”

“Delivery was quick the product looked just like in the picture but unfortunately it had a technical fault so had to be returned, which returning was fairly easy to arrange .I don't think it is for household use which is what I purchased it for (i was intending to use it for a party at home but the constant buzzing ment it couldn't be turned down on low volume ) but for party's in small function rooms it will be perfect once it is in good working order, I'm just waiting for my refund now and hope it comes as fast as the delivery and the return.”

“Ordered the speakers but for some reason they would not deliver to my girlfriend's sons address but did not find out for nearly a week they said they left a message on his phone it showed a message was left on phone and when retrieved there wasn't any message and no other attempt was made to contact until i emailed ask where my order was that's when i was informed it could only be sent to my address then told it would be sent on the Thursday to be received on Friday which did not happen received an email to say it would be delivered on the Monday instead i sent an email saying i wasn't happy and got no reply so very happy with speakers but service sucks.”

“Purchased a Skytronic Amp and surround sound. First amp didn't work. It was promptly picked up and replaced by staff after conversation and explanation. Very helpful staff and polite. Very happy now my system works. My wife is already annoying the neighbours playing Beyoncé too loud. Will defo buy again from outlet. Thanks everyone!”
