“Purchased a Skytronic Amp and surround sound. First amp didn't work. It was promptly picked up and replaced by staff after conversation and explanation. Very helpful staff and polite. Very happy now my system works. My wife is already annoying the neighbours playing Beyoncé too loud. Will defo buy again from outlet. Thanks everyone!”

“I had sound issues with my Ekho speaker whilst teaching my Zumba class. I contacted Electromarket who arranged to collect my speaker from my home, at a time suitable to me, on Fri morning. I emphasised that I needed it back by the following Weds. I had it delivered back to me, completely fixed, by the Tues. Everyone was extremely polite, & went out of their way to help me. My speaker was returned in good working order by the date I needed it. Thank you so much Bev, Jamie & both DPD delivery drivers-you were all amazing ???? Annette Cousins”

“initially was very tricky to select bluetooth. Got there in end but appears a bit hit n miss. So now we use a cable for reliability but after only a few days it has begun to cut out every couple minutes. In conclusion; very disapointing purchase. We will be contacting Electromarket about iur issues. I really wish we could rate better as the sound when working is really good and loud.”

“If you want cheap speakers with wildly exaggerated specs in a hurry for a kids party, then Electromarket is a fine company to buy from, but it's a different story when returning faulty goods. Maybe I just got an employee on the day he was about to resign, but telling a customer they've 'over-signalled the speaker', and that ' a volume knob is like a sluice gate...if it's not open all the way something will burst' reveals something of the contempt this company has for its customers. It's almost like they can't believe you'd be so stupid to buy from them! They did eventually replace the item. I can't use them again. Just buy Mackie or JBL, and steer clear.”

“I needed to replace a blown high powered tweeter on a pa cab but knew the gear was obsolete. The gentleman on the phone took details of what I thought I wanted and came back quickly with a component that seemed to fit the bill at a very competitive price. Payment was easy, the item arrived in the timescale described & was well packed. It fitted pretty well and is now doing the job it needs to do. I'm very happy with the service and product from electromarket.”
