“Went to visit the showroom and the assistant was very obliging and spent time explaining different permutations of systems, demonstrating them and making recommendations. Was very happy with the service, products and of course the value for money. Will shop again.”

“I thought the service was good apart from I rang to see if my goods were coming on 31st December as promised, (I hadn't received a dispatch e-mail which had worried me) and was told they hadn't been dispatched. Luckily that person was clearly given the wrong information because just as I was wondering whether to cancel the order, the goods turned up! I was therefore only cross with you for the half hour between my call and the courier arriving! Overall I am happy with the product and the service - thank you.”

“I ordered a smoke machine unit and it arrived in a bashed up presentation box. Opened it up to find it had already been used (it was scratched and dented) which was very disappointing as it was bought for a Christmas present and paid full price for it. This was approx. 1 week before Christmas. I contacted the customer services dept. and was told that each package was checked over before dispatched. I explained this wasn't the case and provided pictures. It was then agreed a new unit would be exchanged & delivered on Christmas eve cutting it tight (explained this was urgent as it was Christmas present) I then received a text message to say it would be delivered between 11.21 - 12.21 feeling hopeful it was going to arrive. Nothing! I continued to wait in for the rest of the day- just in case. Also called / emailed the customer service to no reply. Eventually got in touch and was told a new unit would be sent out. It arrived in a slightly better condition but yet again can see it has blatantly been used. In summary I'm really disappointed as I was quite excited with the products I saw on the website. Didn't know it would be second hand.”

“I placed an order on the 27th of December 2015 and i thought that the item will arrived on the 5th of January,but guess what? My ordered Speaker arrived on the 30th of December 2015. I really appreciate also the courier that delivered cause of very polite and helpful manner and advance to his delivery time schedule. It's 101% satisfied to company's relation to customer relation. Keep up!”

“The delivery service was excellent, the only reason I could not give five stars was due to the flimsy packaging. Due to this, both speakers had dented cases around the front rim. Although not bad enough to affect the sound quality (which is very good) I can`t say it arrived In perfect condition. A little more packing material inside the box might help. Apart from that, I am very happy with the speakers.”
