“Despite email updates from the retailer I was unsure that all were concerning the ordered product as the name on the delivery update was neither Electromarket or the product brand. This initially led me to suspect the tracking link in the delivery update email may be bogus. I checked Electromarket and found the email was from their parent and so I opened it. Absolutely no problem with delivery condition or speed. If the tracking emails made it clear they were from Electromarket i would have given 5 stars.”

“Delivery of my order was very fast, more faster than I expected and delivered right to my doorstep. Only request is that you should ask the delivery service to call the customer beforehand so to be sure he or she is home when the package is delivered.”

“I ordered two items from electromarket one was speaker which was faulty and was making this horrible hissing sound as soon as you turn the power on. Second an amplifier which dididnt work from day 1. So my experience of electromarket has been an unpleasant one. Now i have to get two bulky items returned which i am waiting to hear from the customer service team which is going to be a difficult..very unhappy”

“I bought this "Skytronic-AV-360-MP3-USB-SD-FM-Amplifier-Remote-Control-Hi-Fi-Stereo" unit to power my speakers, which it does, no problem. The unit has a remote and an FM radio, and, if I had bought it for those, I would have sent it back, [because they are both rubbish]. I have given you a 5 Star rating because It does what I wanted it to do, and I am happy with my purchase.”
