“I ORDERED 2 12" PASSIVE SPEAKER CABINETS IN AUGUST 2015 WHICH ARRIVED VERY PROMPTLY. UNFORTUNATLEY ONE OF THE 12" DRIVERS STOPPED WORKING. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICES AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND A REPLACEMENT ASAP. THE REPLACEMENT DULY ARRIVED BUT IT WAS A 10" NOT A 12". i AGAIN CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICES OVER A WEEK AGO AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD SEND ME A REPLACEMENT BUT I HAVE HEARD NOTHING SINCE. i HAVE PUT A GOOD RATING BECAUSE MY ORIGINAL ORDER WAS DEALT WITH VERY QUICKLY BUT AM DISAPPOINTED I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE 12" REPLACEMENT”

“The following review was done for my self and not for commercial purposes Absolutely Fantastic Speakers got mine today very fast delivery and very well packaged with no problems very happy... These fit nicely on top of my 10" bass speakers and do look the part,,,, I have bean testing them out using a Pioneer Integrated Amplifier A 30 K no Fidilly plugs to mess with just attach the wires in the back of the speakers and switch on the amp and play... The CD albums used was purchased from AMAZON ( Pendragon Asia Simon & Garfunkel Black Sabbath Queen to Reggae ) And All played very nicely with no sound distortion or amp hum The CD's are from my own collection The following is my own view and use of these speakers in my flat :- they look like full size Disco Speakers But I think for home use only will be more than fine for me ( Ideal for a teenagers bedroom but beware they can be loud ) I hope you find this review helpful and will be as happy with your speakers as I am today So with many Thanks to AMAZON and to ELECTROMARKET for the sale of great speakers”

“Sales manager was quick to take £1300 from me. I left, took the equipment to where I wanted to use it to find out that the venue had prohibited the use of lasers (I'm not a DJ by the way). The kit was then of no use to me for the show I was planning to do. I asked to return the kit I had a few days later to be told 'No - returns policy is credit note or exchange only' the Sales manager was hard and fast about this showing no empathy. I wanted the stuff same day so drove from Surrey to collect it. Had I waited over night for delivery with my order placed over the internet the whole situation would have been different. I have no reason to use your service again.. I will encourage others at this time to do the same.”

“had trouble replacing my tweeters in my Peavey PRO15 at a good price,having bought lights from you in the past and other things, thought I'd phone too see if you could help, by telling me if I could upgrade them as well as supply them, as I thought if I upgraded them, then they might last longer,when I arrived was dealt with by a guy named Danny, he was very helpful and told me that it would be possible to upgrade, took his advice bought the new tweeters and fitted them, have lost a little bit of the top end but they sound fine, and when we do use them we probably will not even notice the slight difference, so all in all a good experience and a good price. thank you”

“Sales staff very helpful in assisting me to get the correct equipment for my needs. The order arrived within a couple of days. When setting up I had a question so emailed the help department and promptly received a reply.
