“The product has a beautiful design. The quality of sound is medium and it skips sometimes parts of the records. The plug delivered was not suitable for Ireland and needed an adapter. In addition to the product cost and the shipping costs we had to pay as well Custom fees (18€) which we were not informed of when doing the purchase. Nevertheless the delivery was quick from UK to Ireland.”

We're also sorry that you had to pay custom fees. Unfortunately, with deliveries outside of the United Kingdom, there can occasionally be fees that are required to be paid which are at the moment, separate from us. In all instances, we ensure our shipping costs are paid for, but additional costs beyond that are not always applicable on our end.

“First discovered after placing an order on Amazon. But have placed two further orders directly with them. First thing I love is that they actually replace the Euro IEC lead in the box with a proper moulded U.K. one. The amount of big name DJ stores that either put questionable adapters in, or don’t include anything at all is unreal. I had an issue with one light and customer service was fab. Highly recommended.”

“Customer service is brilliant. Had a small issue, rang them and they arranged for courier to deliver replacement next day and collect faulty one at a later date. Courier even had a label. Amazing 😊”

“Sorry to be writing this as everything I have ever bought from Electro Market has been excellent. But I cannot give this system more than 1 star. The mixer creates a horrible hiss which can be heard, No matter what I do. Plug straight into the Sub woofer and the hiss goes away. For an aparant 800w system. It seriously lacks in power. The tops are very tinny..and even before anywhere near the limiter, The sound distorts. For a system that is nearly £500. I can't help but feel very disappointed. I'm afraid they're going to sit in the back of the garage. As any DJ knows..If you can't trust your equipment..It never gets used. Sorry. Graham.”
