“The player looks exactly as described but it looked like an open box item as the instruction book was open. Sadly we returned this as the sound was quite tinny and not as described on the site.”

“I ordered a pair of 12" active speakers. They seemed very good value for money. They arrived much quicker than I expected. They were well packed, and work brilliantly. I am very impressed with Electromarket. Will definitely shop with them whenever I can”

“The box arrived extremely damaged and had been opened. Can't say I was happy with response and if I want to send it back I may have to pay postage!! My daughter is opening a damaged box for Xmas.”

We're sorry the box you received arrived damaged and looked like it had been opened. We can confirm that no boxes leaving us are left opened and the padding of the box should protect it against general bumps and bruises. We'd be happy to replace this for you, but unfortunately we do require this to be sent back to us. “I've used ElectroMarket for a couple of years now and always been very pleased. I had a snow machine from them last year which developed a fault...it was replaced the same day! I then ran out of snow fluid and needed more quickly, Danny delivered it personally on the way home!! Great company”
