“I purchased a powered speaker on e bay, got a notification of shipping saying it would arrive on Tuesday 1st Dec or Wed. 2nd Dec. so arranged for someone to be in on both days, ... it didn't arrive, I phoned and was told it would be the following Tues /Wednesday ... then it arrived on Friday 4th Dec. ... speaker was OK, but the power lead and plug were packed inside the carton underneath the speaker with the weight of the speaker on top of it ... so when I opened it all up, the plug was broken.”

“Arrived fairly promptly. Sound not as loud as expected, bit will do the job for indoor med size gigs. Sturdy and well packaged.”

“The package had actually been opened when it arrived with a knife, it was supposed to be a surprise present but now they know what it is due to the box being opened. So wasn't particularly happy about this . Thankyou.”

“The estimated dilivery was 2-3 and it came on the 1st. The problem arose with the courier, just in case it came early l arranged with my neighbour to receive it as l had to go out. The courier left a card which was not clear where the parcel was. It transpires that he had retained as it needed a signature but l had left a note on my door specially asking for it go go elsewhere why couldn't my neighbour sign for it?”
