“came over to electromart last week and was greeted by a member of your sales team called jamie .he is and was a credit to your company, he was full off knowledge about the equipment i am purchasing soon ,and the gear i purchased on the day ,i normally buy my gaer from maplins and yourselves but after meeting jamie and seeing your displays i will only shop with you, and especially jamie who made myself and my wife feel as nothing was to much trouble and had confidence in what he displayed and showed us ,wishing all at electromart a very merry christmas and a prosperous new year and see you folks soon mr fulker”

“first delivery was on time with two lights in package yet I brocken light came with the other light fittings rattling inside casing I phoned was phoned back instantly was to receive a reaplacement for both lights wihin 2 days no delivery arrived had to phone again was answered promptly after being cut off ist call and received a phone call straight back with assurance that no order for replacement had been placed and I would receive a replacement in two days . had to ask for order to be tested before being put into van they appeared within time estimated and while one replacement was working and strurdy other light still had a rattling inside casing yet light worked by this time I was to knocked to phone back a third time requesting yet another replacement and unsettled had to keep both lights due to not whishing any more stress and waiting for another arrival I hope this feedback improves your standards and quality of goods”

“Easy online ordering system, email to say order had been completed. Could of done with a tracking email earlier than day of delivery but we were in so no problems. Very happy with my purchase.”

“Ask me for a review even though I've been text three days in a row that delivery will be coming still waiting. Placed order by phone nine days ago would call but you don't open Sundays. Not happy”

“I purchased a powered speaker on e bay, got a notification of shipping saying it would arrive on Tuesday 1st Dec or Wed. 2nd Dec. so arranged for someone to be in on both days, ... it didn't arrive, I phoned and was told it would be the following Tues /Wednesday ... then it arrived on Friday 4th Dec. ... speaker was OK, but the power lead and plug were packed inside the carton underneath the speaker with the weight of the speaker on top of it ... so when I opened it all up, the plug was broken.”
