“I found the ordering process very easy as I had a very helpful online chat with a customer advisor who answered all my queries quickly and efficiently. When the item took a few extra days to be delivered I rang and spoke to a brilliant customer advisor who took my query seriously, investigated the problem and then rang me to update me on the outcome. So Brilliant customer help and support- well done. When item did arrive it was as described and very suitable for purpose.”

“Delivery was very quick and the price was excellent. Unfortunately, the product was faulty and didn't work. Electromarket immediately accepted the return and refunded my payment. For that reason, I can only give them 5 stars!”

“the product is first class as was the customer sevice the only thing that went wrong was the 24 hour delivery it was the fault of the delivery comp not the seller yes i will be shopping hear soon hope fully thay will get a better delivery agent”

“System nice but few things i didn't like.power is overrated i would give not 720w rms but max 300W maybe less.I have music centr sony its 350w rms ans sound its much clear and louder then 720w(4speakers) ... I was disapointed just about that.Amplifier nice but again cooler its to loud...if music loud its ok but on quite mode i can hear amplifier cooling noise enoying...”

“Speaker arrived promptly. Good quality, easy to use for a technophobe! Phone call to company re: a suitable microphone to go with it. Extremely helpful response. He did not try to sell me the most expensive, rather, something simple that I would be able to understand. It took a bit longer than expected to arrive. ( The day after my first gig!) but, again, was just what I needed. Thank you.”

“Everything was ordered and came quickly enough, but I was sold something under the understanding I would not need a laptop and sure enough when everything came it was useless without the latter, so I had to then spend another £100 on a laptop. When I rang for advice and support I wasn't given any . So basically the overall experience was poor. Sorry to say this but it's unavoidable.”

“Purchased the combined smoke machine and laser, had one before. A great compact product for mobile DJ's. Had standard delivery and it arrived sooner than expected. Electromarket is a fantastic place for all your DJ needs. Will definitely be shopping there again. Great service.”
