“Ordered the product and paid for before 2 next day delivery. It arrived at 1620 hrs. Contacted customer services who stated they would look into it and ring me back credited if I was correct. Nothing heard, recountacted them, told to put it onto an email and if correct would be credited. 2 days later still nothing. The actual product is fine and hope it stays that way.”

“We had a problem with carriers damaging both snow machines that we ordered for the opening of the grotto in our shopping centre and without delay there was 2 new snow machines dispatched the next day thanks to Bev in customer services highly recommended service”

“Ordered an active speaker set but it shorted out after 10 minutes use. I rang the next morning and within 24 hours had an upgraded replacement which sounds fantastic. Good service from these guys and they know what they are talking about. Gary in Doncaster.”

“Dreadful delivery from Hermes. Whilst not within the control of electromarket it is up to them who they select for their deliveries and it is a reflection on their business. The unit I purchased was very good value for money but I would question whether it is actually 600W. However, it is adaquate for my needs.”

“I WASNT HAPPY WITH THE FIRST SET OF SPEAKERS I RECEIVED.I DIDNT FEEL THAT THEY WERE AS POWERFUL AS DESCRIBED.SO I CALLED THE SALES TEAM WHO WERE VERY HELPFUL ON ARRANGING AN UPGRADE.THE ONLY GRIPE WAS THAT I THOUGHT THE RETURN CHARGE WAS A BIT EXCESSIVE.”
